Objective: Under a subgrant with the American Institutes for Research, J&A provided technical assistance in monitoring and evaluation to the USAID Djibouti Education Project.

Djibouti AIDE was funded through USAID/EQUIP I. The objective was to assist the Djibouti Ministry of Education to increase children’s access to basic education, improve the quality of teaching and learning, and increase opportunities for girls’ education. In addition parents were encouraged to take an active role in their children’s schooling, especially on behalf of girls.
