Juárez and Associates provided technical assistance in a process evaluation of the effectiveness of AIDS information demonstration programs oriented to Spanish-speaking target populations of IV-drug users and their sexual partners.

JA also assisted in the development of a comprehensive national evaluation design, the development and implementation of a training program for data collectors at demonstration sites, the development of instrumentation for Spanish-speaking segments of the target population, and the provision of ongoing technical assistance to these demonstration programs around the country.
